Elisa is a Certified Communication Coach & Trainer, sales and marketing specialist, entrepreneur, and avid community builder.

Through her 10 years of career experience in communications, sales and marketing, and 5+ years as a business owner, she has learned the art and skill of creating greater impact through the power of communication.

As a 3V Communications Certified Coach, and a designated Coach with the National Communications Coaching Association of Canada (NCCA), Elisa’s brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the world of professional Coaching and Training. Her mission is to educate and empower rising leaders to find their authentic voice, and use it to create greater impact in their professional and personal lives.

Elisa is especially passionate about empowering women to become more assertive and advocate for themselves in all aspects of life. She is deeply committed to supporting female entrepreneurs, actively engaging with the entrepreneurial community to provide guidance, mentorship, and encouragement. Her work not only strengthens individual communication skills but also fosters a culture of self-assured women leaders in business and beyond.

Outside of work, Elisa is chasing after her two toddlers. She finds joy (among the chaos) in balancing her professional mission with her personal life, learning that confident leadership begins at home.

Based in St. Albert, Alberta, Elisa serves clients locally and across Canada.
